To ensure a smooth experience at Daniel Caesar - Son of Spergy Tour in Singapore on 16 & 17 May 2026 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, please note the following measures. 
  
Heading To The Singapore Indoor Stadium on Event Day 
As we are expecting a high volume of visitors on event day, we strongly recommend that you take public transport and come early. For public transport options, check out  https://www.thekallang.com.sg/directions-and-map 
 
Travel Advisory 
Circle Line (CCL) train services will run shorter hours on weekends from Apr 11 to May 17 for testing ahead of the opening of three new stations. 
Train services across the whole CCL will end at 11pm on Saturdays and resume at 9am on Sundays during this period. Longer travel times of up to 30 minutes may be expected during the service adjustments. Commuters are encouraged to plan ahead, and consider alternative transport options when travelling in and out of The Kallang. For more information, please visit here. 
 
Box Office 
The Singapore Indoor Stadium Box Office will be operating from 5PM to 830PM on the day of the event.  
 

   
VIP: Early Entry Package Admission  

• Queuing zone for The “Early Entry” VIP Package is located at Level 1, Premier Tunnel (tunnel beside Singapore Indoor Stadium Box Office).
• Queueing zone opens from 4:45PM to 5:45PM.
• Early queuing (before opening time) and overnight queuing are strictly not allowed.  
• Doors will open at 6PM.   
• All patrons will be wrist-tagged upon admission by venue ushers.
• VIP ITEMS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED UPON ENTRY INTO THE VENUE. Please redeem all items upon admission. Any uncollected items on event day will be forfeited.
• Late-comers who arrive after 6PM will wait to be admitted together with General Standing ticket holders. There is NO designated area within the standing pen for VIP ticket holders.
• Entry to the venue is subject to security checks.  
• All “Early Entry” Fan Package ticket holders have priority access to merch booth with a priority queue. Please present your tickets (Physical/E-ticket) for verification purposes.
• Disposable bottles are not allowed in Standing Pen.
   

CAT 1 Standing Admission 

• Queuing zone for CAT 1 Standing Admission is located at the Great Eastern  Promenade, Level 3:
• CAT 1 Standing Pen A: Gate 2 to 10
• CAT 1 Standing Pen B: Gate 15 to 22
• Queueing zone opens from 5PM to 6:15PM.
• Early queuing (before opening time) and overnight queuing are strictly not allowed.  
• Doors will open at 6:30PM.
• All patrons will be wrist-tagged upon admission by venue ushers.  
• Entry to the venue is subject to security checks.  
• Latecomers who arrive after 6:15PM will join the queue at Premier Tunnel and will be admitted when door open for general admission.
• Disposable bottles are not allowed in Standing Pen.
   

General Admission   

• Patrons can enter the venue when the doors open at 6:30PM via North and East Entrances at Level 2. Please refer to your tickets for the entrance dedicated for your section.
• Entry to the venue is subject to security checks. 

 
Security Checks & Admission Rules 

• Printed or electronic tickets must be presented for admission to the show/venue.
• There will be security checks at designated security check points, ticket holders are advised to arrive early.
• Re-entry is not allowed for this event.
• The following will not be allowed into the venue:
  • Outside food and drinks 
  • Bags exceeding the dimensions of 35cm x 20cm x 30cm (i.e., too large to be stored under a seat)
  • Noise makers, including but not limited to air horn, whistle, etc.
  • Fan boards, LED boards, banners, flags and posters of any sizes
  • Laser pointers; Solid glow sticks and light sticks
  • Binoculars with cameras, and/or bigger than A5 size
  • Non-collapsible umbrellas (in standing pens)
  • Glassware and cans; Disposable bottles (in standing pens)
  • Flags, placards or any visuals with offensive slogans, political messages or advertisement
  • iPads and tablets
  • Gifts and flowers
  • Stuffed toys bigger than A4 size
• Water bottles (excluding glass bottles (& disposable bottles in standing pens)) are allowed and must be emptied before entering the venue.
• Ticket holders with prohibited items such as vapes and cameras will be denied entry.
• Ticket holders may deposit their items at the deposit counter for a non-refundable fee of S$10 per item. The deposit counter will operate from 4:15PM and closes 30 minutes after the show ends. Please note that we will only accept VISA, Mastercard and PAYNOW as payment methods. Cash payments will not be accepted, and payment via AMEX and NETS is not available.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with security check requests. 

  
Child Policy 

• Children aged 6 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission.
• No admission for infants in arms and children below 6 years old.
• Please note that you are not allowed into the standing pen areas due to safety reasons if you fall into any of the categories below:
  • Children under 12 years old by date of birth
  • Individual with height below 1.2 meters 

 
Audio, Photography & Videography Policy 

• No professional photography and videography.
• Strictly no professional cameras, GoPros, and iPads.
• No camera equipment, zoom lens, selfie sticks, gimbals, tripods, monopods and phone extension lens.
• Live streaming of the event is prohibited. 

 
Merchandise Booth

• Location & Operating Hours:
  • North Plaza, Level 1 (sheltered area near the MRT): from 4PM to 8PM – VIP Priority lane available!
  • North Foyer, Level 2 (inside of North Entrance  – accessible to seated ticket holders only): from 6:30PM to 10PM
• Payment Terms: Contactless Payment only: PayNow, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
• Refunds/exchanges are only applicable to damaged or defective items that are purchased at the concert site, so please check your items before leaving the counter.
• Strictly no refunds/exchanges will be made once you leave the counter. 
• The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.⁠
