Disney On Ice presents Magic In The Stars

To ensure a smooth experience Disney On Ice presents Magic In The Stars on 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 March 2026 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, please note the following measures.

Heading To The Singapore Indoor Stadium on Event Day
As we are expecting a high volume of visitors on event day, we strongly recommend that you take public transport and come early. For public transport options, check out www.thekallang.com.sg/directions-and-map.

Train Service Adjustments on Circle Line
From 17 January to 19 April 2026, Circle Line (CCL) train services between Mountbatten and Paya Lebar stations will operate from one platform only, with a shuttle train serving this stretch. Patrons are advised to plan additional travel time or consider alternative transport options when travelling to The Kallang. For more information, please visit here.

Box Office / Ticket Resolution 

• The Singapore Indoor Stadium Box Office will be operating at the following timings:
  • 14 & 15 March 2026: 9AM to 7PM
  • 18, 19 & 20 March 2026: 1PM to 7PM
  • 21 March 2026: 9AM to 7PM
  • 22 March 2026: 9AM to 3PM 

General Seating Admission

• Ticket holders can enter the venue when the doors open at the following timings via the North and East Entrances at Level 2:
  • 14 & 15 March 2026: 9:30AM, 1:30PM and 5:30PM
  • 18, 19 & 20 March 2026: 1:30PM and 5:30PM
  • 21 March 2026: 9:30AM, 1:30PM and 5:30PM
  • 22 March 2026: 9:30AM and 1:30PM
• Entry to the venue is subject to security checks.

Security Checks And Admission Rules

• Full printed or electronic tickets must be presented for admission to the show/venue.
• There will be security checks at designated security check points, ticket holders are advised to arrive early.
• Re-entry is not allowed for the event.
• The following will not be allowed into the venue:
  • Outside food and drinks
  • Glassware, glass bottles and cans
  • Bags exceeding the dimensions of 35cm x 20cm x 30cm (i.e., too large to be stored under a seat)
  • Noise makers, including but not limited to air horn, whistle, etc.
  • Flags, placards and banners with offensive slogans, political messages or advertisements
  • Fan boards, LED boards, banners and posters sized bigger than 29.7cm x 42cm (A3 size)
  • Light sticks longer than 40cm
• Water bottles (except glass bottles) are allowed and must be emptied before entering the venue.
• Ticket holders with prohibited items such as vapes and cameras will be denied entry.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with security check requests.

Child Policy

• Children aged 2 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission.
• Infant in arms and children under 2 years of age may be admitted free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat. They must be seated on the lap of a parent/guardian.
• Children aged 12 years old and below must be accompanied by a ticketed adult aged 18 years old and above to enter the venue.
• A limited number of booster seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. These seats must be returned at the end of the show.

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy

• No professional photography and videography are allowed.
• Strictly no professional cameras (including digital, video, polaroid and film cameras) and GoPros.
• No camera equipment, zoom lens, selfie sticks, gimbals, tripods and monopods.
• Live streaming of the event is prohibited.

Merchandise Booth

• Location: East Entrance (Level 2) & North Entrance (Level 2) 
  *Note: Merchandise booths are located in the venue.
• Operating Hours (while stocks last):
  • 14 & 15 March 2026: 9:30AM, 1:30PM and 5:30PM
  • 18, 19 & 20 March 2026: 1:30PM and 5:30PM
  • 21 March 2026: 9:30AM, 1:30PM and 5:30PM
  • 22 March 2026: 9:30AM and 1:30PM
• Payment Terms: Cash & Contactless payment via Visa/Mastercard & QR Payment* 
  *PayNow/GrabPay/ShopeePay/Wechat Pay/AliPay
• Refunds/exchanges are only applicable to damaged or defective items that are purchased at the concert site, so please check your items before leaving the counter.
• Strictly no refunds/exchanges will be made once you leave the counter.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.⁠ 

Collection of Pre-Purchased Merchandise
For fans who have pre-purchased merchandise, the collection will be available at the designated Merchandise Booth located on the right side of the North Foyer during the event hours. Please present your merchandise order for verification. Merchandise will be issued only to fans with valid proof of purchase. Fans are encouraged to collect their items after admission on their respective show date to avoid delays.
