Admission Rules & Security Checks

• Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.
• Tickets purchased via unauthorized channels will not be honoured. The organizer is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party resellers.
• There will be security checks at designated security check points, so patrons are advised to arrive early.
• The following will not be allowed into the venue:
  • Outside food and drinks
  • Non-collapsible umbrellas
  • Water bottles are to be emptied before entering the venue
  • Bags exceeding the dimension of 35cm x 20cm x 30cm (i.e., too large to be stored under a seat)
  • Noise makers including but not limited to air horn, whistle, etc.
  • Flags, placards with offensive slogans or advertisement
  • Fan boards sized bigger than 29.7cm x 42cm (A3)
  • iPads and tablets
• Water bottles (excluding glass bottles) are allowed and must be emptied before entering the venue.
• Ticket holders with prohibited items such as vapes and cameras will be denied entry.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with security check requests.
• VIP Standing entry will be based on queue numbers stated on the ticket.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women, individuals with height below 1.2 meters, and children under 12 years old by date of birth are not permitted in the VIP Standing area.
• Seated zones are open to fans aged 5 years and above. All attendees require a valid ticket for entry.
• Children aged below 12 years old are required to enter the venue with a guardian of 18 years old or above.
   

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy

• No professional photography and videography.
• Strictly no professional cameras (including digital, video, polaroid and film cameras), GoPros, iPads and tablets.
• No camera equipment, zoom lens (including mobile phone zoom lens attachments), selfie sticks, gimbals, tripods and monopods. 
• Live streaming of the event is prohibited.
