To ensure a smooth experience Xinyao 43rd Reunion Concert on 21 June 2025 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, please note the following measures.
 
Heading To The Singapore Indoor Stadium on Event Day
As we are expecting high volume of visitors on event day, we strongly recommend that you take public transport and come early. For public transport options, check out www.sportshub.com.sg/directions-and-map.

Ticket Resolution

• The Singapore Indoor Stadium Box Office will be operating from 5PM to 7:30PM on the day of the event.
   

General Admission

• All ticket holders can enter the venue when the doors open at 5:30PM via the Premier and Premier West Entrances on Level 1 and North and East Entrances on Level 2.
• Entry to the venue is subject to security check.
   

Security Checks And Admission Rules

• Full printed or electronic tickets must be presented for admission to the show/venue.
• There will be security checks at designated security check points, ticket holders are advised to arrive early.
• The following will not be allowed into the venue:
  • Outside food and drinks 
  • All glassware, glass bottles and cans 
  • Bags exceeding 35cm x 20cm x 30cm (i.e., too large to be stored under a seat)
  • Noise makers including but not limited to air horn, whistle, etc.
  • Country flags, flags and placards and banners with offensive slogans, political messages or advertisement
  •  Fan boards exceeding 42cm x 29.7cm (A3)
  • Stuffed toys exceeding 42cm x 29.7cm (A3)
  • Gifts and flowers
• Water bottles (excluding glass bottles) are allowed and must be emptied before entering the venue.
• Ticket holders with prohibited items such as vapes and cameras will be denied entry.
• Ticket holders may deposit their items at the deposit counter for a non-refundable fee of S$10 per item. The deposit counter will operate from 5PM and closes 30 minutes after the show ends. Please note that starting 1 July 2024, we will only accept VISA, Mastercard and PAYNOW as payment methods. Cash payments will not be accepted and payment via AMEX and NETS is not available.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with security check requests.

Child Policy

• No admission for infants in arms and children below 6 years old.
• Children aged 6 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission.
   

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy

• No professional photography and videography are allowed.
• Strictly no professional cameras (including digital, video, polaroid and film cameras) and GoPros.
• No camera equipment, zoom lens, selfie sticks, gimbals, tripods and monopods.
• Live streaming of the event is prohibited.
