Security Checks & Admission Rules

• Full printed or electronic tickets must be presented for admission to the show/venue. 

• There will be security checks at designated security check points, so patrons are advised to arrive early. 

• The following will not be allowed into the venue:
  • Outside food and drinks 
  • Glassware and glass bottles 
  • Bags exceeding 55cm x 40cm x 20cm (i.e., regular cabin-sized luggage) 
  • Noise makers (e.g., air horns, whistles) 
  • Flags, placards, or banners with:  
  • Offensive slogans 
  • Political messages 
  • Advertisements 
  • Flags, fan boards/banners exceeding A3 size (29.7cm x 42cm) 
  • Cameras with lens exceeding 200mm (when extended)
  • Aerosol spray cans (e.g., deodorant, sports spray, air horns) 
  • Non-collapsible umbrella 

• Allowed into the venue: 
  • Tennis-related equipment not exceeding 82cm (adult-sized tennis racket) 
  • Cameras with lens not exceeding 200mm (when extended)
  • DJI cameras 
  • Binoculars (excluding smart binoculars) 

• Pets are not allowed into OCBC Arena Halls, except for service dogs. 

• Patrons with prohibited items such as vapes will be denied entry. 

• Food & beverages are available for sale inside the venue. 

• Water bottles (excluding glass bottles) are allowed and must be emptied before entering the venue. 
   

Re-entry Policy

• Re-entry is permitted. 

• Only one wristband will be issued per session for re-entry. Please collect your wristband at the door after ticket scanning.

• Entry into the playing arena is only allowed during changeovers or appropriate breaks. 

• No movement or noise is allowed during play. 

• Non-compliance with security checks may result in refusal of entry. 

Child Policy

• Infants in arms and children below 4 years old (based on birth year) may enter free of charge if no seat is occupied. 

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years and above). 
   

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy

• Images are for personal, non-commercial use only. No professional photography, videography and social media live streaming are allowed. 

• Strictly no cameras (with lens exceeding 200mm, including digital, video, polaroid and film cameras) and GoPros. 

• No camera equipment, zoom lens, selfie sticks, gimbals, tripods and monopods.

   

Illegal Activities

• Illegal gambling is strictly prohibited.
• Offenders will be handed over to the Singapore Police Force and denied entry for the entire event period.

Please note that the deposit counter will not be in operation for this event. Ticket holders are encouraged to use the lockers located around the venue for their belongings.

• If you are asked to evacuate the venue, please follow the directions to your nearest exit and leave in a safe and an orderly manner.
•  Be alert and vigilant to your surroundings and raise anything suspicious to the nearest staff.

  • Remain calm and follow the directions of our staff and/or the police.
  • Help others that may need assistance.
