The Kallang Pass

These terms and conditions and the prize & redemption terms & conditions (collectively, “T&Cs”) apply to The Kallang Pass Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest” or “Competition”) in connection with events, marketing campaigns and publicity campaigns organised and operated by The Kallang Group Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”). By taking part in the Contest, all participants shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these T&Cs.

These T&Cs shall be read together with The Kallang Contest/Giveaway Terms & Conditions as set out here. In the event of any inconsistencies between The Kallang Contest/Giveaway Terms & Conditions and these T&Cs, these T&Cs shall prevail.  

What is The Kallang Pass?

The winner of The Kallang Pass shall be granted year-long access in 2026 to events & concerts at The Kallang (limited to National Stadium and Singapore Indoor Stadium only).

The list of eligible events held in National Stadium and Singapore Indoor Stadium under The Kallang Pass shall exclude:

• National Day Parade and other national events
• Closed-door / invite-only events
• School events (e.g. National School Games)
• Non-ticketed events (e.g. National Stadium Open House)
• Non-spectator events (e.g. mass participation runs)

There will be a total of one (1) winner for The Kallang Pass.

The Kallang Pass or any tickets utilised or redeemed via The Kallang Pass, cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, resold, offered for resale at any premium or be used for or in connection with any form of commercial or trade purposes (including but not limited to advertising, promotion, contest or sweepstake) or be bundled with other goods or services. The Company shall not replace any prize(s) or ticket(s) via The Kallang Pass which are lost, stolen or damaged.

Picture(s) of The Kallang Pass or any other prize(s) shown in any advertisement, promotion, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Contest is/are solely for illustration purposes only and may not depict and may differ from the actual concert or event details and/or specifications of the prize(s).

Contest Period

The qualifying period for this Contest shall be from 15 December 2025, 7.00am to 31 December 2025, 10.30pm. Each participant must follow the ‘Step-by-Step Guide’ to qualify for the Contest.

Eligibility

The Contest is only open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents residing in Singapore, who are 18 years old and above as of 31 December 2025. Any participant under the age of 18 will not qualify for the Contest. Participants of the Contest must possess a working Singapore mobile number with country code beginning with “+65” and a valid email address for registration purposes.  

If you fall under any of the following categories of persons, you are not eligible to participate in the Contest:

• Employees of the Company
• Immediate family members (e.g. spouse, parents, children, siblings) of an employee of the Company
• Employees (who are directly involved in The Kallang Pass or Countdown 2026 at The Kallang) of the following  affiliated partners & contractors of the Company: (a) Naili Print Media, (b) Wahye Advertising, (c) 8-beat Collective, (d) UnUsUal Productions, (e) Deloitte Singapore T&T, (f) C&W (S) Services, (g) iQIYI, (h) S-Lite Event Support and (i) MM Group , (j) Business Edge, (k) CapitaLand Retail Management, (l) ASEC Security Events Command, (n) Event Security Specialists and any other such entities directly involved in The Kallang Pass or Countdown 2026 at The Kallang.  

Participants are required to declare and confirm their eligibility during the registration process of the Contest and present relevant supporting documents for verification purposes at any applicable stage of the Contest. The Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be ineligible at any stage of the Contest.   

Participation

Each participant must follow the ‘Step-by-Step Guide’ as set out [here] and the additional terms below to participate in this Contest. 

1. Registration for Participation in The Kallang Pass Contest 

In addition to the eligibility criteria and Step-by-Step Guide, participants should take note of the following:

• Participation in this Contest requires each participant to:
  • collect a contest card from any of the designated location(s) from 15 December 2025 to 30 December 2025 during the stipulated operating hours;
  • register his/her details on the Contest’s online form that can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the contest card;
  • head down to The Kallang on 31 December 2025, tear off the stub from his/her contest card and drop the stub in one of the designated boxes; and
  • be physically present at the premises of The Kallang for the One Countdown activities on 31 December 2025.

Entries will be disqualified if any of the above steps (in part or in whole) are not fulfilled.

• Each participant must only submit one (1) entry using one (1) contest card. Multiple submissions from an individual (using one (1) or multiple contest cards) are not allowed and may result in disqualification of all entries submitted by the participant.
• Contest cards will be issued on a ‘while stocks last’ basis. No prior reservations of contest cards can be made.
• Each participant may collect up to 5 contest cards for and on behalf of family members and/or friends. However, all participants will need to individually fill in their respective details on the online registration form and drop their contest card stubs in person in the designated boxes in The Kallang on 31 December 2025.
• Amendments cannot be made to the online form after registration. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that all of his/her details in the online forms at the point of registration are accurate, complete and up-to-date. Any inaccurate or incomplete information given may result in disqualification from participating in this Contest.  

2. Preliminary Draw & Grand Draw

In connection with this Contest, there will be 2 draws:

• Preliminary Draw – up to five (5) participants will be shortlisted from the pool of submitted contest stubs. These five (5) participants will then proceed to participate in the Grand Draw.
  • The shortlisted participants will be notified via phone call from a representative of the Company and on the  website.
  • The shortlisted participants will need to meet at the designated spot at the designated time frame to present his/her original contest card together with supporting documentation (NRIC or Singpass) for verification purposes.
  • Any failure to meet at the designated spot by the designated timeframe will result in disqualification from further participation in this Contest.
  • The shortlisted participants must remain until after the Countdown 2026 at The Kallang celebrations to participate in the Grand Draw. 
     
• Grand Draw – shortlisted participants from the Preliminary Draw shall participate in the Grand Draw to determine the sole winner of The Kallang Pass.
  • The shortlisted participants from the Preliminary Draw will be invited on stage at Stadium Roar. Each participant will be given a key to determine if he/she can open the mystery box.
  • Only one (1) person will be able to open a mystery box, and that person will be crowned the winner of The Kallang Pass.
  • The winner’s contest card stub number will be published on the Company’s official website on 1 January 2026.

3. Terms & Conditions in connection with Participation

By participating in the Contest, each participant: 

• represents and warrants that all information provided at any stage of this Contest are true, accurate and complete. Any inaccurate or incomplete information or misrepresentations could result in the disqualification from the Contest and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of The Kallang Pass;
• acknowledges and agrees that his/her personal data may be collected, used and/or disclosed by the Company for any of the following purposes: (a) identity verification; (b) facilitating and administering this Contest; (c) delivery of the prizes (including to contact the participant for the administration of the prizes); (d) for use in publicity and promotional materials (publicity purposes); (e) responding to, handling, and processing feedback and/or queries from you; (f) complying with any applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, or assistance requested from any regulatory and/or government body; (g) subject to your opt-in for the Company’s marketing communications, sending marketing updates and messages of the Company’s events, activities and promotions; and (f) any other applicable purposes in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy available at https://www.thekallang.com.sg/;
• acknowledges and agrees that the Company (or any employee, agent, contractor or affiliated partner of the Company) incurs no obligation, by reason of his/her participation in this Contest or by reason of anything done or omitted to be done as a result of or on account of this Contest; and
• acknowledges and agrees that receipt and redemption of any prize(s) offered in this Contest shall be subject to the winner(s) complying with terms and conditions imposed by the Company and/or such other third parties of the Company (that are involved in this Contest or administration of The Kallang Pass) in relation to the prize(s). In the event that the winner of any prize, for any reason, fails to comply with such terms and conditions, any prize(s) won shall be forfeited by the winner(s) and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that forfeited prize (or any part thereof).

To the extent that a participant has agreed to give his/her consent to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data for marketing and promotional purposes, the Company reserves the right to publish or display the names, photographs, audios, videos, or any likeness of the participants of the Competition for promotional, marketing, advertising, publicity and regulatory purposes.

4. Publicity & Other Terms & Conditions

In addition to the above terms, as part of the Company’s administration of this Contest, participants who are shortlisted for the Preliminary Draw and the winner of this Contest will be required to sign and acknowledge additional terms & conditions, including without limitation terms & conditions relating to:  

• Acknowledgment of prize(s) and terms & conditions relating to the operation and redemption mechanics of The Kallang Pass;
• Agreement to be featured by the Company and any media outlets/news publishers on any medium or platform (including online, social and print media); and
• Agreement to participate in any publicity activities in relation to The Kallang Pass and this Contest, including interviews, quotes, photographs, videos and any other audio, visual or written content relating to such person’s experiences and thoughts in connection with The Kallang Pass and this Contest.   

Privacy

The Company shall adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 in its collection, use and/or disclosure of the personal data collected from the participants. For more information on how the Company handles personal data, including on how participants may withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of personal data, please refer to the privacy policy available at https://www.thekallang.com.sg.   

If a participant does provide us with personal data about another individual (to the extent permitted under these T&Cs), the participant confirms that he/she has authorised the participant to, on their behalf, act and  consent to the collection, use/processing and/or disclosure of their personal data by the Company and that the participant has informed them of our identity and the purposes (as set out in these T&Cs) for which their personal data will be processed.

In the course of carrying out the purposes, the Company may disclose the participant’s personal data to its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries and/or third party service providers. 

Company’s Rights   

In connection with this Contest, the Company expressly reserves its right in its sole and absolute discretion to:

• exclude any person from participating in this Contest;
• request a shortlisted participant from the Preliminary Draw or winner to present their NRIC, Singpass or other proof of identity/supporting documentation for verification purposes;
• void an entry of or disqualify a participant or winner who is found to be (a) ineligible, (b) tampering with the process or operations of this Contest, or (c) acting in violation of these T&Cs or any applicable legislation in Singapore;
• draw reserve shortlisted participants or winners to replace any shortlisted participant(s) or successful winner(s) (as the case may be) who may subsequently be found to be (a) ineligible, (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs or any applicable legislation in Singapore or (c) disqualified for such other reason that the Company may determine in its reasonable discretion;
• substitute, withdraw, add or alter any of the prize(s) offered without notice to the participants;
• cancel or terminate this Contest without notice and further liability to any participant; and
• amend or supplement any of these T&Cs from time to time and without notice.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be under any obligation to provide reasons or justifications for exercising any of its rights above. The Company also hereby expressly reserves its rights to pursue legal action against any individual believed to have undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Contest and/or the entry submission process.

Save for these T&Cs and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company hereby disclaims any representations or warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to this Contest, and/or the quality, merchantability or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose, in respect of any prizes awarded under this Contest. 

The Company shall not be liable to any participant(s) in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, injuries, damages, costs, interests, or expenses in connection with and/or arising out of the Contest, the redemption, use or the terms of use of the prizes, or any promotional or advertising campaigns in connection with the Contest. Each participant agrees to waive and release the Company and its employees, agents, contractors and affiliated partners (collectively, “Representatives”) from the aforementioned claims and liabilities. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, to the extent permissible under any applicable written laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant and anyone entitled, authorised or agreed to act on his/her behalf, agrees to indemnify the Company and its Representatives from any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with their participation in the Contest.      

The decision(s) of the Company on all matters relating to this Contest will be at its sole and absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants and winners. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained.

Eligible Events under The Kallang Pass

The list of eligible events for which a pair of tickets can be redeemed under The Kallang Pass are as follows:

• Limited to events held at National Stadium and Singapore Indoor Stadium in the year of 2026 only. Access to any other venues, areas, facilities, programmes, workshops or seminars located at The Kallang shall not be redeemable under The Kallang Pass.
• Within the list of events held at National Stadium and Singapore Indoor Stadium in the year of 2026, the following are excluded from such list:
  • National Day Parade and other national events
  • Closed-door / invite-only events
  • School events (e.g. National School Games)
  • Non-ticketed events (e.g. National Stadium Open House)
  • Non-spectator events (e.g. mass participation runs)

The winner of The Kallang Pass will receive EDMs of such eligible events from the Company at the point such event is announced. If the winner does not receive an email regarding a particular event, it is regarded as an event that is excluded from the scope of redemption under The Kallang Pass.

The Company shall have the sole & absolute discretion to update or vary the list of eligible events under The Kallang Pass from time to time with notice given to the winner.  The winner may enquire on any upcoming eligible concerts by contacting a designated representative of the Company directly.   

Redemption Terms & Conditions

Redemption of any pair of tickets for eligible event(s) under The Kallang Pass shall be subject to the following rules:

• Any pair of tickets redeemed under The Kallang Pass must be redeemed and utilised by the winner (i.e. the winner must attend the event for which the pair of tickets is redeemed for, with an accompanying guest). The winner shall not authorise any person(s) to redeem the tickets or attend the event on the winner’s behalf.
• Where an eligible event in National Stadium or Singapore Indoor Stadium comprises multiple dates and times, only one pair of tickets for a particular date (and time) is redeemable under The Kallang Pass.
• Where an eligible event in National Stadium or Singapore Indoor Stadium involves multiple activities in an event series, only one pair of tickets for one activity within the event series is redeemable under The Kallang Pass.
• If there is an eligible event held in National Stadium and another eligible event held in Singapore Indoor Stadium on the same day, only one pair of tickets for either event is redeemable under The Kallang Pass.
• The category and type of ticket(s) issued for the eligible event(s) that the winner redeems under The Kallang Pass shall be at the Company’s sole and absolute determination. The winner shall not be permitted to select or determine the specific category and type of ticket(s) that he/she receives under The Kallang Pass.
• The winner is required to collect the tickets at the office of the Company on the actual event day from a representative of the Company within the specified time frame provided by the Company. The winner shall also provide his/her identification documents for verification purposes. Any delay in collecting the tickets may result in the winner being unable to gain entry to the event, and no replacement tickets may be provided.
• If a pair of tickets for an eligible event has been requested by the winner but is not collected or utilised, no replacement tickets or tickets to an alternative eligible event will be given to the winner.  If such behaviour has occurred at least three (3) times (regardless of consecutive or cumulative occurrences), the winner will no longer be entitled to redeem tickets under The Kallang Pass from the date of the third occurrence until the end of 2026. 
• All tickets redeemable under The Kallang Pass are also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective events (including without limitation, ticket terms & conditions, age restrictions, venue conditions of entry and event-specific conditions of entry). The winner shall be responsible for ensuring that the winner and his/her accompanying guest(s) comply with all such terms and conditions for purpose of collecting and attending the event(s). The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered as a result of any failure to comply with such terms and conditions.
• The Company shall not replace any ticket(s) redeemed via The Kallang Pass which are lost, stolen or damaged.
• No replacement ticket(s) or compensation will be given to the winner and his/her accompanying guest(s) in the event of cancellation or postponement of any events.
• The Kallang Pass or any tickets utilised or redeemed via The Kallang Pass, cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, resold, offered for resale at any premium or be used for or in connection with any form of commercial or trade purposes (including but not limited to advertising, promotion, contest or sweepstake) or be bundled with other goods or services.

Redemption Process

 Please see below the Step-by-Step Guide on how the winner of The Kallang Pass can redeem the pair of tickets for each eligible event:

• The winner of The Kallang Pass shall receive EDM(s) of each eligible event under The Kallang Pass within one (1) to two (2) days of the date of announcement of such eligible event by the event organiser/promoter. The winner will also be provided with the contact details of the designated representative(s) of the Company who will assist in the administration of redemption of The Kallang Pass.
• If the winner wishes to redeem a pair of tickets to an eligible event, the winner shall notify the Company’s designated representative of the request to redeem, by no later than one (1) month prior to the date of such eligible event (or in the case of events with multiple days, the first day of such event). The winner will then receive an email acknowledgment from the Company within three (3) working days from the date of the winner’s request. 
• Prior to the date of the event, the winner shall receive pre-event information, including the event specific conditions of entry as well as ticket collection details. 
• The winner is required to collect the tickets at the office of the Company on the actual event day from a representative of the Company within the specified time frame provided by the Company. The winner shall also bring his/her identification documents (NRIC or Singpass) as verification for purpose of collecting the tickets.
• The Company will also inform the winner of any photography, videography and/or interviews to be conducted in connection with the winner’s attendance of the event.

In addition to the above, the winner shall comply with all instructions given by the Company (including these T&Cs) in connection with the redemption and utilisation of The Kallang Pass. In the event of any violation of any T&Cs or instructions given by the Company, the Company shall have the sole and absolute discretion to revoke or withdraw the winner’s access to The Kallang Pass during the period of redemption or utilisation of The Kallang Pass.

Miscellaneous  

The decision(s) of the Company on all matters relating to The Kallang Pass and this Contest will be at its sole and absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants and winners. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained. The Company expressly reserves its right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend or supplement any of these T&Cs from time to time and without notice.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The Company and each participant, shortlisted participant of the Preliminary Draw and winner hereby agrees to irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to these T&Cs shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any provision of these T&Cs.

To the extent that any provision of these T&Cs is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the same shall be deemed to be severed from these T&Cs and shall be of no force and effect. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
