To ensure a smooth experience at the HSBC SVNS Singapore 2026 on 31 January & 1 February 2026 at the National Stadium, please take note of the following important information.
 

Heading To The National Stadium on Event Day
As we are expecting high volume of visitors on event day, we strongly recommend that you take public transport and come early. For public transport options, check out https://www.thekallang.com.sg/directions-and-map.
 

Travel Advisory | Train Service Adjustments on Circle Line
From 17 January to 19 April 2026, Circle Line (CCL) train services between Mountbatten and Paya Lebar stations will operate from one platform only, with a shuttle train serving this stretch. A shuttle bus service (Shuttle 38) will also operate between Paya Lebar and Stadium stations from 6:30AM to 9:30AM and 5PM to 8PM. Please plan additional travel time and arrive early.
 

Box Office
The Kallang Wave Mall Box Office on the following dates and time of the event:

• 31 January 2026: 9AM – 7PM
• 1 February 2026: 10:30AM – 7PM 
   

Ticket Resolution
Ticket Resolution will be available at Gates 6 & 18 Information Counters on the following dates and time of the event:

• 31 January 2026: 9:30AM – 7:30PM
• 1 February 2026: 11AM – 7:30PM 

 
Security Checks And Admission Rules
     

• Full printed or electronic tickets must be presented for admission to the show/venue.
• There will be security checks at designated security check points, patrons are advised to check the gate number on their tickets in advance, arrive early and head to the designated security check point on arrival.
• The security check points and gates will open at 9:30AM on 31 January 2026 and 11AM on 1 February 2026.
• The following will not be allowed into the venue:
  • Outside food and drinks (including food and drinks purchased from the Food Market)
  • Bags exceeding the dimension of 35cm x 20cm x 30cm (i.e., too large to be stored under a seat)
  • Noise makers including but not limited to air horn, whistle, etc.
  • Flags larger than 1m x 2m, placards with offensive slogans or advertisement
  • Fan boards sized bigger than 42cm x 29.7cm (A3)
  • Binoculars exceeding 14.8cm x 21cm (A5)
  • Patrons with prohibited items such as vapes and cameras will be denied entry.
• Food & beverages are available for sale inside the venue.
• Water bottles (excluding glass bottles) are allowed and must be emptied before entering the venue.
• Alcohol purchases are strictly for guests aged 18 and above. Photo identification will be required as proof of age at point of sale and during spot checks within the venue.
• Bottles and cans are not allowed into the Beach Club (Level 1). All canned and bottled beverages must be poured into single-use cups before entering the floor level (Level 1).  
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with security check requests.
   

Re-Entry Policy

• Re-entry to the event is allowed on the same day. Upon entry, patrons will receive a wrist tag for re-entry on the same day.   
   

Child Policy

• Children aged 4 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission
• Infants in arms and children under 4 years old may be admitted free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat. They must be seated on the lap of a parent/guardian.
• Children under 12 years old must always be accompanied by a responsible person aged 18 years old or older.  

 
Audio, Photography & Videography Policy

• No professional photography and videography are allowed.
• Strictly no professional cameras (including digital, video, polaroid and film cameras) and GoPros. Cameras with lens not exceeding 200mm are permitted where images are for personal and non-commercial use only.
• No camera equipment, zoom lens, selfie sticks, gimbals, tripods and monopods.
• Live streaming of the event is prohibited.

  
Merchandise Booth

• Location: National Stadium Concourse, Gate 12  
• Operating Hours:
  • 31 January 2026: 9:30AM to 8:45PM
  • 1 February 2026: 11AM to 8:45PM
• Refunds/exchanges are only applicable to damaged or defective items that are purchased at the event site, so please check your items before leaving the counter.
• Strictly no refunds/exchanges will be made once you leave the counter.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.⁠
