Event Policy
Security Checks And Admission Rules
- Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.
- There will be security checks at designated security check points, patrons are advised to arrive early.
- The following will not be allowed into the venue
- Outside food and drinks
- Bags exceeding the dimension of 35cm x 20cm x 30cm (i.e., too large to be stored under a seat)
- Noise makers including but not limited to air horn, whistle, etc.
- Flags larger than 1m x 2m, placards with offensive slogans or advertisement
- Fan boards sized bigger than 42cm x 29.7cm (A3)
- Patrons with prohibited items will be denied entry.
- Food & beverages are available for sale inside the venue.
Child Policy
- Children aged 4 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission.
- Infants in arms and children under 4 years of age may be admitted free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat. They must be seated on the lap of a parent/guardian.
- Children aged 12 years old and below must always be accompanied by a responsible person aged 18 years old or older
Audio, Photography & Videography Policy
- No professional photography, videography or live streaming of the event is allowed.
