The Singapore Sports Hub today announced the launch of ticket sales for the largest Natsu Matsuri event in Singapore: the second edition of the Japan Summer Festival scheduled to be held at the National Stadium, in conjunction with the quarterly Sports Hub Community Play Day.

The first ever summer-themed edition of the Sports Hub Community Play Day saw over 15000 visitors soaked up the sun and enjoyed sports like never at the one-day multi-sports extravaganza.

Enhanced entry screening measures will be implemented around the National Stadium in view of the expected crowd capacity for the International Champions Cup (ICC) matches on the weekend of 20 and 21 July 2019.

Bask in the sun at the inaugural summer-themed Sports Hub Community Play Day happening at the OCBC Square on Saturday, 13 July from 10 am to 8 pm. The one-day event is free to the public and will feature a range of innovative fitness activities such as experiential party workouts and team building multi-sports challenges.

The Singapore Sports Hub launched the first sports, art and heritage walking trail titled The Kallang Story: A Sports, Arts and Heritage Trail today, with the unveiling of the Merdeka Lions by Guest-of-Honour, Mr Baey Yam Keng, Senior Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, and the Ministry of Transport.
