In-App Text/Image Messaging Feature

The feature enables users to submit text, images, photographs, graphics and other content (“Messages”) for display on digital screens, displays or other visual media operated or designated by The Kallang Group Pte Ltd (“The Kallang”) (“Digital Screens”). Display of any Message is subject to these Terms.

By using this feature, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian;
• the information and content you submit are accurate and lawful; and
• you have the authority to submit the Message and grant the rights set out in these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all Messages submitted through this Feature.

You agree that your Messages must not:

• be false, misleading or deceptive;
• be defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory;
• contain obscene, offensive, indecent or inappropriate material;
• promote violence, illegal activities or dangerous conduct;
• infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any person;
• contain advertisements, promotional material or spam;
• contain malware or other harmful code; or
• otherwise violate any applicable law.

You represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights, licences and permissions to submit the Message.

By submitting a Message, you grant The Kallang a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, transmit and communicate the Message for the purpose of operating, promoting and administering the feature, including displaying the Message on the Digital Screens and in related promotional materials.

You acknowledge that no royalties or other compensation will be payable in connection with such use.

Submission of a Message does not guarantee that it will be displayed.

The Kallang reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• review and moderate any Message;
• refuse to display any Message;
• remove any Message at any time; or
• suspend or terminate your access to the feature.

The Kallang is not obliged to provide reasons for any moderation decision.

Messages may be displayed on one or more Digital Screens for such duration and in such format as determined by The Kallang.

The Kallang does not guarantee:

• when a Message will be displayed;
• where it will be displayed;
• how long it will remain displayed; or
• that it will be displayed at all.

You acknowledge that:

• your Message may be viewed by members of the public;
• Digital Screens may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded by third parties;
• once displayed, your Message may continue to appear in photographs, videos or recordings beyond the period of display; and
• The Kallang has no control over the subsequent use of such photographs or recordings by third parties.

Where your Message contains personal information, you consent to Kallang collecting, using and displaying such information for the purposes of operating this feature in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

From time to time, the Company may conduct lucky draws, contests, or other promotional activities. Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms and any additional terms, eligibility criteria, or rules published for the relevant lucky draw, contest, or promotional activity. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse or disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unfair conduct, and to modify, suspend, cancel, terminate, or otherwise vary any lucky draw, contest, or promotional activity at its discretion, including where it considers such action necessary for operational, technical, commercial, security, or legal reasons. Unless otherwise stated, the Company's decisions relating to the administration of any lucky draw, contest, or promotional activity, including the selection of winners, shall be final.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Kallang, its affiliates, officers, employees and contractors from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of:

• your use of the feature;
• your Message;
• your breach of these Terms; or
• your infringement of any third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• the feature is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
• The Kallang does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the feature;
• The Kallang does not warrant that Messages will be displayed without error or delay; and
• The Kallang is not liable for any loss arising from the non-display, delayed display, removal or modification of any Message.

The Kallang may suspend, restrict or discontinue the feature at any time without notice and without liability.

The Kallang may amend these terms from time to time. Continued use of the feature constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
