You can earn badges by participating in eligible activities across The Kallang. These activities may include:

• Attending events and community activities, including sporting events, concerts and festivals.

• Participating in sports and recreational activities, such as tennis, pickleball, badminton and swimming.

• Participating in campaigns and special activations across The Kallang.

There are four badge categories:

Sport Badge

Earn the Sport Badge by either:

• Completing any combination of four (4) eligible sports activities (including ball sports, racket sports, water sports, endurance sports, and wellness activities); or

• Attending two (2) eligible sporting events as a spectator.

Community Badge

Earn the Community Badge by either:

• Attending one (1) eligible community event and successfully referring at least two (2) friends; or

• Participating as a competitor in an eligible community sporting event held within The Kallang.

Entertainment Badge

Earn the Entertainment Badge by attending two (2) eligible concerts or entertainment-based events.

Lifestyle Badge

Earn the Lifestyle Badge by collecting eight (8) eligible check-ins at participating Kallang Wave Mall merchants.

Many badge-earning activities do not require a purchase. Eligible activities may include event attendance, facility usage, QR code check-ins, campaigns, and promotional activations.

No. Badges can only be earned through participating merchants, venues, events, and activities identified within The Kallang App.

The Kallang Kaki rewards members for engaging across different experiences within The Kallang.

As you earn badges and progress through membership tiers, you unlock additional rewards, benefits, and exclusive experiences. Higher membership tiers provide access to enhanced privileges across sports, entertainment, lifestyle, retail, and dining experiences.

Badges and membership tiers operate on a rolling 12-month membership cycle. Your membership cycle begins from the date you join The Kallang Kaki or, where applicable, the date you qualify for a higher membership tier.

All members begin their journey at the Bronze tier upon joining The Kallang Kaki.

To unlock the next membership tier, members must earn any two (2) of the four (4) available badge categories. Once the required badges have been earned and verified, the membership tier will be automatically upgraded. 

For example, Bronze members who earn two badges will progress to the Silver tier.

There may be several reasons why your badges or membership tier have not been updated yet, including:

• The activity, event, merchant, or venue may not be eligible for badge earning. 

• Your activity or participation may still be undergoing verification. 

• The qualifying criteria for the badge may not have been fully met. 

• There may be a temporary delay in processing badge or tier updates. 

Most badge and membership tier updates will be reflected automatically within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion, activity, or programme terms and conditions.

Reward vouchers are subject to their respective terms and conditions, which may be updated periodically.
