The Kallang Kaki Programme Terms And Conditions

The following definitions apply to these Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions:

"Badges" means digital badges, status indicators, or similar recognitions awarded to Members upon fulfilment of qualifying criteria as determined by the Company from time to time.

"Check-In" means the process by which a Member records attendance at an event, activity, or designated location through the Platform, including by scanning a QR code or other verification mechanism.

"Interest/Social Matching" means the feature within the Platform that enables Members to create, join, and participate in sports or social activities with other Members.

"Member" means an individual who has successfully enrolled in the Programme and holds an active membership.

"Points" means the loyalty points credited to a Member's account through qualifying transactions, activities, or promotions under the Programme.

"Referral Code" means a unique alphanumeric code assigned to a Member which may be shared with prospective members for the purpose of the referral programme.

"Rewards Catalogue" means the catalogue of available rewards displayed within the Platform from which Members may redeem Points for Vouchers or other benefits.

"Tier" means the membership level assigned to a Member based on qualifying criteria determined by the Company from time to time.

"Vouchers" means vouchers, credits, or promotional benefits issued to a Member under the Programme, whether through Points redemption, promotions, or other means.

These Terms and Conditions (“Programme Terms”) govern participation in The Kallang Kaki programme (the “Programme”) available through the website / mobile application / any related digital platforms (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by The Kallang Group Pte Ltd.

You must be at least 15 years old to participate in the Programme. If you are at least 15 but not yet 18 years old, you must review these Programme Terms together with your parent or guardian and they must understand and agree to these Programme Terms for you to participate in the Programme. By allowing you to participate in the Programme, your parent or guardian confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Programme Terms.

If you are under 15 years old, or if your parent or guardian does not agree to these Programme Terms, please do not register an account or membership under this Programme. If you have already registered an account or membership under this Programme, please terminate your membership via the Platform or write to us with your request at:

Membership is personal, non-transferable, and revocable at the Company’s discretion. Fraud, abuse or misconduct may result in immediate termination of the membership.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in connection with your membership remains accurate, complete, and up to date. Certain profile fields are non-editable, or may only be updated once via the self-service update function. Any subsequent changes to such fields will need to be processed via written request to our Customer Care team. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or consequence arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

The Programme may include Tiers, which are determined based on criteria set by the Company from time to time. Tier qualification may be based on a Member's activity and participation in the Programme, or other qualifying actions.

Qualification for, and retention of, any Tier is subject to the Company’s assessment and may be reviewed periodically. Tiers may be upgraded or downgraded based on the applicable criteria at the time of review and any decision by the Company shall be final and binding.

Each Tier may provide access to certain benefits, privileges, or features. Such benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to availability and any additional terms specified by the Company.

The Company reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Tier, Tier criteria, or associated benefits, with or without prior notice.

Participation in any Tier does not confer any vested rights, and the Company may adjust or revoke Tier status or benefits in the event of misuse, error, or breach of these Terms.

The Programme may include, but is not limited to:

• Event RSVP and Check-In
• Push Notifications
• 3D Seat Viewer
• Media Gallery (including downloadable content)
• Exclusive Content
• Polling and Interactive Features
• Badge Earning
• Member Privileges
• Invite-Only Events
• Facilities Booking
• Interest/Social Matching
• Highlights Gallery
• Rewards Catalogue and Points Redemption

These features may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time, or only offered to certain Members based on further qualifying criteria including but not limited to age or Tier.

By participating in the Programme, you consent to receiving Programme-related communications from the Company, including notifications regarding your Points balance, Rewards, Tier status, membership updates, and transactional confirmations, via the Platform, email, push notifications, or other channels, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

We may, at our discretion, offer rewards under the Programme, including Vouchers and Badges (collectively, “Rewards”). Rewards may be issued through Points redemption, promotions, participation in designated activities and campaigns, or such other means as we may determine from time to time. All Rewards are subject to any specific terms, conditions, validity periods, eligibility criteria, and usage restrictions specified at the time of issuance, which shall form part of the Programme Terms. Vouchers may be subject to conditions such as single-use validity, minimum spend, eligible products or services, specific redemption channels, and expiry dates, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and any unused value may be forfeited. while Badges are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and are provided for recognition purposes only. Badges may be subject to validity periods and may expire or be revoked in accordance with the qualifying criteria determined by the Company.

We reserve the right to modify, substitute, suspend, or discontinue any Rewards, including the criteria for earning them or any associated benefits, at any time, and to void, cancel, revoke, or adjust any Rewards if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, breach of Programme Terms, or if issued in error, subject to applicable laws, and we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorised use of Rewards.

RSVPs, event access, and invitations are subject to availability and additional terms. Entry to events may be refused at the Company’s sole discretion.

The Platform may facilitate participation in activities organised by Members through the Interest/Social Matching feature. Such Member-organised activities are not organised, supervised, or endorsed by the Company, and participation in any such activity is entirely at the Member's own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or dispute arising from or in connection with any Member-organised activity. Members who create activities through the Interest/Social Matching feature (“Activity Owners”) are responsible for managing participant approvals and ensuring compliance with applicable participant limits. Members who wish to withdraw from a Member-organised activity must do so within the timeframe specified on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to remove, suspend, or restrict access to the Interest/Social Matching feature or any Member-organised activity at any time at its sole discretion.

The Programme may provide access to media content, including photos and videos, through features such as the Highlights Gallery. Such content is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or exploited for any commercial purpose without the Company's prior written consent.

By attending events at The Kallang or participating in Programme activities, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and you grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and distribute your likeness in connection with the promotion of The Kallang, the Programme, and related activities. If you do not wish your likeness to be used, please contact our Customer Care team. 

You agree not to misuse Programme features, including but not limited to:

• Manipulating the Points or Reward systems, such as QR codes, check-in or activity completion mechanisms, or barcode scanning features to earn Points, Badges, or other benefits;
• Submitting false RSVPs;
• Misusing invitations or access privileges;
• Abusing the referral system, including self-referrals or other fraudulent referral activities; or
• Creating or maintaining multiple accounts to circumvent Programme rules, earn duplicate benefits, or evade suspension or termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Programme for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

A Member may request cancellation of their membership at any time by contacting our Customer Care team or through the Platform. Upon cancellation, the Member's account will be deactivated and the Member will no longer be eligible to earn or redeem Points, Rewards, or any other Programme benefits. All unredeemed Points, Rewards, and Tier status shall be forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be reinstated .

The Programme is constantly undergoing development to improve the user experience. Therefore, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, rules and benefits of the Programme at any time without prior notice.

The materials and content of our Programme are provided "as-is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible and subject and pursuant to applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the functions contained in the materials on the Platform or our Programme will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that our Platform, Programme or the server that makes it available is free of any virus or other harmful elements. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise of the materials or content on our Platform or Programme or the results of their use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with:

• Participation in the Programme, including any injury, loss, or damage sustained during any event or activity (whether organised by the Company or by other Members);
• Suspension, modification, or discontinuation of the Programme or any of its features;
• Modification, suspension, expiry, adjustment, cancellation, or forfeiture of any Points or Rewards;
• Programme termination (whether initiated by the Company or the Member);
• Any acts, omissions, errors, or delays of third-party partners, vendors, ticketing providers, or service providers;
• System errors, delays, or interruptions in the crediting, deduction, or display of Points or other Programme data; or
• Any reliance placed by you on information, content, or materials made available through the Programme or the Platform.

These Programme Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Programme Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
