Pre-requisite : Able to swim 25 meters of a recognised stroke confidently without aid.
Location : Lessons will take place in the Training Pool at the OCBC Aquatic
Centre.
There will be no classes when venue is closed for events

This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is a sure way to keep your heart pumping. Comprising intervals of high intensity exercises, the lesson comprises warm-up, 8rounds of cardio and resistance exercises, followed by cool down.
