Coach Syafi'ee is the founder of Vamos Tennis Academy and a highly respected figure in Singapore’s tennis coaching scene. With over 16 years of hands-on coaching experience, he has worked with players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to competitive athletes.
He holds certifications from top international bodies including the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), International Tennis Federation (ITF), Professional Tennis Registry (PTR), and Singapore’s National Coaching Accreditation Programme (NCAP).
Known for his structured and motivational coaching style, Coach Syafi'ee focuses on building strong fundamentals, mental resilience, and a lifelong love for the sport. Under his leadership, Vamos Tennis Academy continues to grow as a trusted space for aspiring tennis players to thrive.
Jude discovered tennis at 13, inspired by Roger Federer, and quickly developed a deep passion for the sport. He competed actively for 10 years before stepping away from competitive play at 23 due to medical challenges.
Today, Jude is a dedicated tennis coach working with children, adults, and Paralympic athletes in Malaysia. He is known for a structured, empathetic coaching style that builds both skill and confidence, while fostering a genuine love for the game.
A certified Mechanical Engineer, Jude brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and creativity to his coaching. He believes tennis is more than a sport —it’s a powerful tool for personal growth, resilience, and lifelong learning.
Nirvik Sen, widely known as Coach Sen, holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and transitioned to full-time tennis coaching driven by his passion for the sport and teaching. He began coaching while working with the NUS tennis team, supporting intermediate and advanced players.
With three years of coaching experience, Coach Sen is certified in Coach Theory Excellence and Sports Science, and is currently completing his ITF Level 0 and 1 certifications. His coaching approach blends structured long-term player development with technical footwork, competition psychology, and tactical awareness. He focuses on building confident, process-driven players who enjoy the game while continually improving their performance.
Nick began playing competitive tennis at the age of seven and represented Vietnam in the Junior Davis Cup in 2016. He achieved a career-high ranking of Top 6 in Vietnam within his age group in 2019.
He competed at a high level in collegiate tennis, winning the Polite Championship in 2023–2024 and finishing as runner-up in 2022–2023. Nick has been coaching since 2019 in Vietnam and joined Vamos Academy in 2023.
He has been AATC-certified since 2022 and brings strong competitive experience, technical knowledge, and on-court discipline to his coaching.
