Learn the game
We call it ‘Social Netball’ for a reason. While our programmes are aimed at teaching students and developing their skills through training, they’re also designed to encourage having a great time with others while doing it.
Whether you’re interested in learning how to play, or keen on casual or after school sessions, or even a mom wanting to join in on the fun with her daughter, we have a variety of programmes which are led by experienced coaches that will help you up your game

Our Netball Programmes
Social Netball
Netball players can now keep fit and improve their skillsets with the Social Netball programme. Participants also get to socialize with other netball enthusiasts while training together.
Every session will start with warm-up games, stretching and exercises to prevent as much as possible injuries during the session. A continuous game play with rest periods in between will take place after warm-up. After the games, we will end the session with will cool down stretching.
Each session will last between 1.5 hour and 2 hours.
Social Netball is for female players aged 16 and above.
Players will be invited next to this program to participate in carnivals, leagues and friendly games.
The program follows the school calendar and the year is divided into 4 terms. Registration is for one term, followed by quarterly renewals. Players can join anytime unless the registration is closed.
Cost: $200 per 10 sessions
Trial session is available for new players.
Afterschool Netball
The Afterschool Netball program is for players age 7 to 12 years old who want to have extra Netball training or do not have Netball as a co-curriculum in school. The program is for all level of players and focuses on the basics of Netball, agility, team play and game understanding.
Players will be invited next to this program to participate in carnivals, leagues and friendly games.
The program follows the school calendar and the year is divided into 4 terms. Registration is for one term, followed by quarterly renewals. Players can join anytime unless the registration is closed.

Net For Mums
NETforMUMS is specially developed for female netball players who enjoy the sports and is looking to socialise with like-minded players. The programme is created to suit players from beginner to advance levels and for female aged 35 to 55 years and above.
The programme follows the school calendar and the year is divided into 4 terms. Registration is for one term, followed by quarterly renewals. Players can join anytime unless the registration is closed.
Cost: $200 per 10 sessions
