Heading To The Singapore Indoor Stadium on Event Day

Ticket Resolution

The Singapore Indoor Stadium Box Office will be operating from 5PM – 9PM on the day of the event.

MCRmy Early Access Admisson

• Queue zone for MCRmy Early Access  ticket holders is located at the Premier Entrance at Level 1.
• The queuing zone will open at 4.30PM and closes at 5.15PM. The order of the queue is on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• Early queuing (before opening time) and overnight queuing are strictly not allowed. 
• Doors will open at 5.30PM.
• All MCRmy Early Access ticket holders will be wrist-tagged upon admission by the venue ushers
• Latecomers who arrive after the queue zones are closed may proceed to the Premier Tunnel (Level 1). Admission into the venue will only be after all the ticket holders in holding area have been admitted.
• Entry to the venue is subject to security checks.

Standard MCRmy & KILLJOY Admission

• Queue zone for Standard MCRmy & KILLJOY ticket holders is located at the following locations:
  • Standard Standing Pen MCRmy: Great Eastern Promenade Gate 2 to 10
  • Standard Standing Pen Kill Joys: Great Eastern Promenade Gate 18 to 22
• The queuing zone will open at 4.30PM and closes at 6:15PM. The order of the queue is on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• Early queuing (before opening time) and overnight queuing are strictly not allowed. 
• Doors will open at 6:30PM.
• All standing pen patrons will be wrist-tagged upon admission by the venue ushers.
• Latecomers who arrive after the queue zones are closed may proceed to the Premier Tunnel (Level 1) and will be admitted when doors open for general admission. Admission into the venue will only be after all the ticket holders in holding area have been admitted.

General Seated Admission

• All ticket holders can enter the venue when the doors open at 6.30PM via the North and East Entrances on Level 2.
• Entry to the venue is subject to a security check.

Security Checks and Admission Rules

• Full printed or mobile tickets must be presented for admission to the show/venue.
• There will be security checks at designated security check points, ticket holders are advised to arrive early.
• The following will not be allowed into the venue:
  • Outside food and drinks
  • Glassware, cans and spray cans
  • Personal water bottles
  • Laser pointer
  • Bags exceeding the dimensions of 35cm x 20cm x 30cm (i.e., too large to be stored under a seat)
  • Noise makers, including but not limited to air horn, whistle, etc.
  • Flags, placards and banners with offensive slogans, political messages or advertisements
  • Fan boards, LED boards, banners and posters sized bigger than 29.7cm x 42cm (A3 size). When unfolded or joined together, the total display size should also not 29.7cm x 42cm (A3 size).
  • Stuffed toys of any size
  • Binoculars bigger than A5 (14.8cm x 21cm)
  • All umbrellas, non-collapsible and collapsible, are strictly not allowed on Level 1 (applicable to standing pen ticket holders only) while collapsible umbrellas are allowed only on Level 2.
  • Gifts and flowers
• Ticket holders with prohibited items such as vapes/e-cigarettes and professional cameras will be denied entry.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with security check requests.
• Ticket holders may deposit their items at the deposit counter for a non-refundable fee of S$10 per item. Please note that we will only accept Visa, Mastercard and PayNow as payment methods. Cash payments will not be accepted, and payment via Amex and NETS is not available. The deposit counter will operate from 4PM and closes 30 minutes after the show ends.

Child Policy

• RATING: ADVISORY 16
• No admission for infants in arms and children aged below 12 years old.
• Children aged 12 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission.
• For safety reasons, you are not allowed into the standing pen areas if you fall into any of the categories below:
  • Individuals under 16 years old by birth year
  • Individuals with height below 1.2meters

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy

• No professional photography and videography.
• Strictly no cameras (including digital, video, point-and-shoot, film cameras and polaroids) and GoPros.
• No camera equipment, telephoto lens, zoom lens (including mobile phone zoom lens attachments), selfie sticks, gimbals, tripods and monopods.
• Live streaming of the event is prohibited.

• Location:
  • North Plaza, Level 1 (sheltered area near the MRT): 2PM to 8PM (while stocks last)
  • North Foyer, Level 2: 6:30PM to 9PM (while stocks last)
• Payment Terms: PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, GrabPay and Amex. Strictly no cash accepted.
• Refunds/exchanges are only applicable to damaged or defective items that are purchased at the concert site, so please check your items before leaving the counter.
• Strictly no refunds/exchanges will be made once you leave the counter. 
• The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.⁠
