Do I need an account for bookings?
Yes, you will need to have an OBS account for facility bookings and programme registrations. During the account creation, please ensure that your account name tallies with the name indicated on a valid photo ID.
How can I make a booking?
Please create an account and login the OBS to select your preferred time slot(s) and facility. During the account creation, please ensure that your account name tallies with the name indicated on a valid photo ID. You may watch this video for the step-by-step instructions to book a facility.
When will the new booking slots be released?
You will be able to book 7 days in advance, more specifically 168 hours ahead. E.g. on the 1st of the month at 8am, you will be able to book up to 8th of the month, 10am if you select a 2-hour booking.
Can I book a facility on behalf of my child who is below 18 years old?
Yes, you may add your child under your own account and assist to book a facility on their behalf. Their names reflected in the account must tally with the names indicated on their valid photo IDs. You may watch this video for the step-by-step instructions to book for your child. As the booking confirmation email will be sent to your email address, please ensure that your child produces a copy, along with their valid photo ID, for verification purposes.
Can I transfer the court to my child?
You may assist to book a facility on behalf of your child if they are below 18 years old. Please add your child under your own account and you will no longer be required to prepare a letter of authorisation. You may watch this video for the step-by-step instructions to book for your child.
Can I change/ update my profile (e.g. residential status, NRIC details) after creating an account?
Yes, you may make partial updates to your account under the “Account Settings”. If you require any assistance in updating your profile, please contact our Customer Care team at (65) 6653 8900.
Can I select my preferred court or table?
Yes, you may select your preferred court or table. Please note that only available courts or tables will be displayed for your selection.
Can I reschedule my booking(s) on my own if I am unable to make it for my booking?
No, you will not be able to reschedule your bookings.
Can I cancel my booking(s)?
Yes, cancellations of bookings are allowed. However, as per our booking terms and conditions, there will be no refunds for any cancellations.
Will the OBS prohibit me from booking if I exceed the maximum duration?
Yes, you will not be able to make any booking for the facility if you have exceeded a maximum of 2 hours per facility per day.
Will there be any changes to the existing booking terms and conditions?
There are no changes to our existing booking terms and conditions. You will only be allowed to book up to 7 days ahead and your booking should not exceed 2 hours per facility per day. Please refer to our booking terms and conditions for more details.
How do I enjoy local resident rates?
Local resident rates are only applicable for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only. You are required to update the “Residential Status” and last 4 characters of your NRIC when creating a new account.
Will I be able to view my booking history and details in the previous OBS?
No, you will no longer be able to access the booking details (including history) in the previous OBS.
