Train services on the CCL will be adjusted during the weekends

Circle Line (CCL) train services will run shorter hours on weekends from Apr 11 to May 17 for testing ahead of the opening of three new stations.

Train services across the whole CCL will end at 11pm on Saturdays and resume at 9am on Sundays during this period. Longer travel times of up to 30 minutes may be expected during the service adjustments. Commuters are encouraged to plan ahead, and consider alternative transport options when travelling in and out of The Kallang. For more information, please visit here.

Latest Scheduled Works

We’re excited to share that Kallang Wave Mall will be refreshed to bring you more vibrant, enjoyable retail and lifestyle experiences. There will be new community spaces, refreshed façades, and an expanded mix of lifestyle, dining, and entertainment offerings including one of Southeast Asia’s tallest indoor climb wall and a new sheltered rooftop padel ecosystem!

The enhancement works will commence from May 2026 and are expected to be completed by 2028. During the enhancement period, most of the mall will remain open. However, some stores may temporarily close, relocate, or reopen at a later date. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Access & Operations

Will the mall remain open during the enhancement works?

Yes! Kallang Wave Mall will stay open throughout the enhancement period. Works will be carried out in phases to keep disruption to a minimum.

From time to time, certain areas may be temporarily closed while improvements are underway.

Will there be changes to Mall opening hours or entrances?

Mall opening hours will remain the same: 10AM to 10PM daily.

Some entrances may be temporarily closed during certain phases of the works, but alternative routes will always be provided.

Look out for on-site signage and check the Latest Scheduled Works page for updates before your visit.

 

Will any facilities be temporarily closed?

Yes, some facilities may be temporarily or permanently closed as part of the enhancement works.

For example, popular spaces like the Level 3 water playground are temporarily closed. They will be refreshed to bring you an even better experience.

Will there be noise or dust during the works?

  • Some noise and dust are expected, but we’re taking steps to minimise inconvenience:
  • Noisy, high-impact works will be scheduled outside of mall operating hours where possible
  • Dust and debris will be controlled using industry-standard mitigation measures

What will happen to Splash-N-Surf? Will it remain after the enhancement works?

Yes, visitors can look forward to a refreshed wet and dry playscape after the works are completed.

Will the padel courts be open to the public?

Yes. The courts will be managed by an experienced operator with a strong focus on community participation. We’re working closely with them to ensure the courts are accessible to all.
