Introduction to Artistic Swimming
This is an introduction to artistic swimming where children will learn basic sculling actions, eggbeater, and various body positions to stay on the surface.
The program is hosted by the head coach and first ever Southeast Asia Games Gold Medalist Crystal Yap who will guide students in developing strength and stability in the water and also introduce them to rhythm and counts before progressing to routine.
Suitable for age 8 to 16 years old. A min. class size of 4 is required to start.
