Mr Derek Lau is the Founder of THREE2ONE Holdings. Prior to establishing the firm, he served as CEO and board member of Heliconia Capital, a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, for 13 years. Before that, he spent a decade as Managing Director (Investment) at Temasek.

Mr Lau has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and private equity investments in Southeast Asia. He is passionate about creating and building brand communities.

Mr Lau is currently a member of the Listings Advisory Committee of Singapore Exchange Limited, a member of ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute’s Board of Trustees, and a member of the National Healthcare Group’s Board Risk Committee. He is also a board member of the Centre for Fathering.
