Mr Kuok Meng Ru is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Caldecott Music Group (CMG). A global music industry operator that spans multiple sectors, CMG includes digital division BandLab Technologies, media division NME Networks, and manufacturing and retail division Vista Musical Instruments. 

Mr Kuok’s first major venture was the acquisition of Swee Lee in 2012, which he transformed into Southeast Asia's largest retailer of musical instruments. He then co-founded BandLab in 2015, a next-generation social music creation platform that now boasts over 65 million users. Today, he continues to build and innovate brands.
