F45 is a fitness centre which offers functional group training and they have more than 1,300 studios across 36 countries and in Singapore, they currently have 30 outlets and is expanding to more outlets in various locations. F45 provides team training sessions and focus more on circuit training or station by station workouts with different classes combining strength, cardio and resistance. F45 was the first to include process innovation through using technological assistance such as the signature patent TV guide where their members can refer to while doing the exercise with the correct technique and reducing injuries.
