Security Checks & Admission Rules

Ticketing

• Full printed or electronic tickets must be presented for admission.

Security Screening

• Security checks will be conducted at designated checkpoints.
• Patrons are advised to arrive early and proceed directly to the checkpoints upon arrival.

Deposit Counter

Items can be deposited at the counter for a non-refundable fee of S$10 per item.

Accepted payment methods (effective 1 July 2024):

• VISA
• Mastercard
• PayNow
• Cash, AMEX, and NETS are not accepted.

Prohibited Items

• Patrons carrying prohibited items (e.g., vapes) will be denied entry.

Re-entry Policy

• Re-entry is permitted.
• Entry into the playing arena is only allowed during changeovers or appropriate breaks.
• No movement or noise is allowed during play.
• Non-compliance with security checks may result in refusal of entry.
• Children & Infants
• Infants in arms and children below 4 years old (based on birth year) may enter free of charge if no seat is occupied.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years and above).

Photography & Recording

• Images are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Live streaming is strictly prohibited.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed into OCBC Arena Halls, except for service dogs.

Illegal Activities

• Illegal gambling is strictly prohibited.
• Offenders will be handed over to the Singapore Police Force and denied entry for the entire event period.

Conditions of Entry (COE)

1. Not Allowed into the Venue

• Outside food and drinks
• Glassware and glass bottles
• Non-collapsible umbrellas are not allowed into Arena Halls
• Bags exceeding 55cm x 40cm x 20cm (i.e., regular cabin-sized luggage)
• Noise makers (e.g., air horns, whistles)
• Flags, placards, or banners with:
  • Offensive slogans
  • Political messages
  • Advertisements
• Fan boards/banners exceeding A3 size (29.7cm x 42cm)
• Aerosol spray cans (e.g., deodorant, sports spray, air horns)
• Professional cameras:
  • Cameras with lens exceeding 200mm
  • Video/polaroid/film cameras
  • GoPros
• Camera accessories:
  • Tripods, monopods, gimbals
  • Selfie sticks
  • Phone extension lenses

Allowed into the Venue

• Water bottles (must be emptied before entry; no glass bottles)
• Tennis-related equipment not exceeding 82cm (adult-sized tennis racket)
• DSLR cameras with lens not exceeding 200mm
• DJI cameras
• Binoculars (excluding smart binoculars)
