PATRONS ATTENDING THE ED SHEERAN DIVIDE WORLD TOUR 2019 ADVISED TO ARRIVE EARLY, TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORT
- A capacity crowd is expected at the National Stadium for the ED SHEERAN DIVIDE WORLD TOUR 2019 on 26 April 2019, Friday; Patrons are strongly encouraged to take public transport
- Patrons are advised to arrive early, ideally at least two hours before the show starts (doors open at 5:30pm) due to enhanced screening measures
- A concurrent automotive festival will be held at the open-air carpark (Carpark 5) beside Leisure Park Kallang
Singapore, 24 April 2019 – Patrons attending the Ed Sheeran Divide World Tour on 26 April 2019 (Friday) are advised to arrive ideally two hours prior to the show via public transport. The Singapore Sports Hub expects a capacity crowd of concert-goers to the National Stadium, and enhanced entry screening measures will be implemented around the stadium for the event.
Check gate numbers for ease of entry
For ease of entry into the National Stadium, we recommend that patrons check the gate numbers on their tickets before coming to the Singapore Sports Hub and proceed to the nearest security checkpoint (see tables below).

Entry Requirements and Identity Checks
Ticket checks will be conducted. Only tickets purchased via Sports Hub Tix are valid for entry to the show. For this concert, all tickets are personalised and the patrons’ names are printed on the ticket(s). Patrons are advised to provide the following to gain admission to the show:
- Patron’s ticket(s)
- Booking confirmation email / letter
- A valid photo ID (or a photocopy of it) matching the name on the ticket(s) and booking confirmation
- Letter of Authorisation, issued by Sports Hub Tix (if applicable)
For tickets purchased under a single name:
As tickets are personalised with the ticket purchaser’s name, the accompanied patrons must enter together with the purchaser at the same time. If the gate no. reflected on the ticket is different from the buyer’s, the purchaser’s companion(s) will still need to obtain a Letter of Authorisation from the Sports Hub Tix Box Office.
For patrons who have purchased tickets as a gift:
An official Letter of Authorisation must be obtained. The recipient will have to present the following to gain admission to the show:
- Letter of Authorisation, along with the ticket,
- Booking confirmation email and
- A photocopy of the ticket purchaser’s photo ID
For patrons who have yet to collect their physical tickets at Sports Hub Tix Box Office:
We strongly encourage patrons to collect their tickets before the day of the show, as large crowds and long queues are expected for ticket collection on the event day.

Parking lots affected due to concurrent automotive festival
A concurrent automotive festival will be held at the open-air carpark (Carpark 5) beside Leisure Park Kallang from Friday to Sunday (26 – 28 Apr). Drivers looking to park at KLP, please note that parking lots will be affected.
Patrons are strongly encouraged to take public transport to Singapore Sports Hub for this Friday’s Ed Sheeran concert.

- To facilitate security checks: Avoid bringing bulky items and only bring what is needed
- For quicker clearance: Avoid bringing bags
- To avoid fee-deposit of bags: Luggage bags and bags exceeding 35cm x 20cm x 30cm are not allowed into the National Stadium
- To support Ed Sheeran: Purchase Ed Sheeran merchandise from official sellers only
Please kindly note that there is no photography and videography of the concert. For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age are NOT allowed into the standing pen areas.
